Cozy Cone Construction Mystery

Over at the Cozy Cones, there’s some subtle activity—but it's hard to decipher exactly what's happening. A gray pump and a white truck from the Badger Company were spotted on site, but there’s no clear signage indicating what they’re working on.
Heavy tree cover makes it difficult to see, and there’s still a lot of debris in the area. No signs of concrete pouring or major construction, which leads us to believe this might be more of a cleanout operation—possibly vacuuming debris from a hard-to-reach area.
Nothing definitive yet, but we’ll keep watching!
